RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR TIMETABLE FOR
THE AREA OF FLETCHER AVENUE, REBER AVENUE AND
U.S. HIGHWAY NO. 63 TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE
WITH "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT OR SUBJECT
TO REZONING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request from several property owners in the area of Fletcher
Avenue, Reber Avenue and U.S. Highway No.63 to rezone a parcel bonded
by these streets from "S-1" Shopping Center District to "R-1"
Residential District, be waived .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a one year timetable be set, for
this area to cone into compliance with "S-1" Shopping Center District
or subject to rezoning, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1980, approved by
the Mayor this 7th day of January, 1980.
