RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK,AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS
FURNISHED BY ASPRO INC. ,WATERLOO,IOWA, FOR F.Y . 1979
PAVING PROGRAM,CONTRACT NO 166 SECTION III AND ACCEPTING
THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Aspro Inc . ,Waterloo ,Iowa,have under contract with the
City of Waterloo, Iowa,and furnished certain materials and per-
formed labor in connection with F.Y. 1979 Paving Program,Contract
No. 166 Section III,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance
of the work submitted by City Engineer,certifying that the work
on this project has now been completed by said contractors ,now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the Certificate of Completion and the Final Acceptance of
the work submitted by the City Engineer be approved,the work of
Aspro Inc. ,Waterloo, Iowa,accepted,and the Mayor and City Clerk
autho'rized •and directed to execute said Certificate.
