HomeMy WebLinkAbout26718 RESOLUTION NO 26718 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO SCHOITZ MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A SERVICE TUNNEL BELOW AND ACROSS RIDGEWAY AVENUE, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 14, 1980 as re- quired at which time opponents and proponents of the proposed ordinance were heard,now, the£efore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, I0WA: that the first reading of an ordinance granting permission to Schoitz Memorial Hospital to construct and maintain a service tunnel below and across Ridgeway Avenue be approved on the first reading.
