RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPROVAL OF PLANS,SPECIFI-
CATIONS,ETCO ,FOR DRY RUN CREEK FLOOD CONTROL WORKS
CONTRACT NO. 99A.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,here-
tofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare pro-
posed plans,specifications,etco , for the Dry Run Creek Flood Control
Works,in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,known as Contract No. 99A and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications,etc , , for the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works known
as Contract No. 99A which were preliminarily approved on December
10, 1979,and
WHEREAS, a public hearing upon notice,was held on January
14, 1980,and no objections were made, now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that said proposed plans , specifications ,etc . , for the Dry Run Creek
Flood Control Works in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,known as Contract
No. 99A be,and the same are hereby,approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980.
