RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING READVERTISEMENT OF BID TAKING ON
600 BLOCK NORTH BARCLAY STREET,SANITARY SERVICE RE-
LOCATION,CONTRACT NO J94.
WHEREAS„ a date of bid opening was advertised in the Waterloo
Courier,as required by law, for 600 Block. North Barclay Street ,
Sanitary Service Relocation Contract No. 194,and
WHEREASa,said bid opening was held and no bias were submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERL0Os,IOWA,that the City Clerk be instructed to readvertise
bid taking on 600 Block North Barclay Street,Sanitary Service Re-
location.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980 .
