RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CHANGE IN ASSESSMENT OF CERT-
IFICATE NO. 05-0038919 UNDER F.Y. 1979 PAVING PROGRAM
NO 2,C0NTRACT NO. 170 .
WHEREAS,THE City Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, is
desirous of changing the Assessment from $1, 652 .22 to $413.05 of
Certificate No. 05-0038919 F.Y. 1979 Paving Program No. 2 now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA,that the assessments levied under Certificate No. 05-0038919
of the F.Y . 1979 Paving Program No . 2,Contract No. 170,be and the
same are hereby changed from $1,652 .22 to $413,05 ,and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CITY CLERK be and he is hereby
directed to notify the County Auditor of the change in the amount
of Certificate No . 05-0038919 under F.Y. 1979 Paving Program No . 2
Contract No. 170 .
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January,1980 ,approved
by the Mayor this 16th day of January,1980 .
