RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED DECEMBER 13 , 1979 FROM BOOKER ASSOCIATES ,
INC . , FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC
SAFTEY STUDY OF 30 INTERSECTIONS BOOKER PROJECT
NO. E-1707 , AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .
WHEREAS , Booker Associates , Inc . , St. Louis , Missouri , have
rendered professional services in connection with the Traffic Safety
Study of 30 Intersections Booker Project No. E-1707 in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said professional services ,
rendered by the said Booker Associates , Inc . , as shown in their
statement dated December 13 , 1979 is S4, 468. 72, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Booker Associates , Inc. , be paid the sum of S4, 468 . 72 being
payment for the statement dated December 13 , 1979 , on said contract
for professional services rendered in connection with the Traffic
Safety Study of 30 Intersections Booker Project E-1707 , in the City
of Waterloo , Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Booker Associates , Inc. ,
of St. Louis , Missouri.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980 .
