RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED DECEMBER 11, 1979 FROM BRICE , PETRIDES &
ASSOCIATES , INC . , ENGINEERS , FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR W. RIDGEWAY AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACE-
MENT , CONTRACT NO . 12, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Brice , Petrides & Associates , Inc. , Engineers ,
Waterloo , Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection
with the W. Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement, Contract No . 12,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc. , as shown in
their statement dated December 11, 1979 , is S1, 097 . 88 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc. , be paid the sum of $1, 097 . 88
being payment for the statement dated December 11, 1979, on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
W. Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement, Contract No. 12, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides & Associates ,
Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980.
