RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED DECEMBER 11, 1979 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES &
ASSOCIATES , INC . , ENGINEER.S, FOR E ',GINEERING SERVICES
FOR DRY RUN CREEK FLOOD CONTROL WORKS , CONTRACT NO.
99C, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Brice , Petrides & Associates , Inc. , Engineers , Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the Dry
Run Creek Flood Control Works , Contract No. 99C, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc. , as shown
in their statement dated December 11, 1979 , is $2 , 159 . 86 , now, there-
fore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
That Brice , Petrides & Associates , Inc. , be paid the sum of $2 , 159 . 86
being payment for the statement dated December 11, 1979 , on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works , Contract No. 99C , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides &
Associates , Inc . , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980.
