RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED DECEMBER 11, 1979 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES &
ASSOCIATES , INC . , ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SER-
VICES FOR WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE STREET PROJECT,
PHASE II, CONTRACT NO . 165 , AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc . , Engineers , Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the West
Ridgeway Avenue Street Project, Phase II , Contract No. 165, in the
City of Waterloo , Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates , Inc . , as shown in
their statement dated December 11, 1979 , is $30 , 941 . 55 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice Petrides & Associates , Inc. , be paid the sum of $30 , 941. 55
being payment for the statement dated December 11 , 1979 , on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project, Phase II, Contract No. 165 , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director , be, and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides &
Associates , Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980 .
