RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED DECEMBER 13 , 1979 FROM WAYNE CLAASSEN
ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC . , ENGINEERS , FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR EAST SAN MARNAN DRIVE
PAVING & INCIDENTALS , CONTRACT NO . 168 , AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. ,
Engineers , Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in
connection with the East San Marnan Drive Paving & Incidentals ,
Contract No. 168, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated December 13 , 1979 , is $3, 063 . 09 ,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
That Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , be paid the sum
of $3, 063 . 09 being payment for the statement dated December 13 , 1979
on said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the East San Marnan Drive Paving & Incidentals , Contract No.
168 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be,
and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a
warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said
Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc . , of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980.
