RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK,AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS
FURNISHED BY IRVING F. JENSEN COMPANY,INCOFOR F.Y . 1979
PAVING PROGRAM NO I,SECTION II,CONTRACT NO, 166 ,AND
ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Irving F. Jensen Company,Inc . ,of Sioux City, Iowa,
have under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa,and furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y . 1979
Paving Program No I,Section II,Contract No. 166,in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa,and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of
the Work submitted by the engineers certifying that the work on this
project has now been completed by said contractors ,now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
that the Certificate of Completion and the Final Acceptance of the
Work submitted by the Engineers be approved,the work of Irving F.
Jensen Company, Inc . ,Sioux City,Iowa, accepted and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized and directed to execute said Certificate .
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980 .
