TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN'
Notice is hereby given that an the 3rd
day of June 2024, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in
the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearing will be held by
the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the sale and conveyance of
city -owned property located east of
127 Conger Street, in the amount of
$1.00, to -Perry and Michelle M. Gam-
blin, including approval of a Develop-
ment Agreernent for construction of an
accessory structure, legally described
as follows:
Lot No, 10 in R.N. Cowin's Addition to
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Anyone who is Interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard or
may file written objection with the City
Clerk. City Hall, Waterloo, lowa, before
the date set for said hearing.
