RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a 100 -watt HPS street light be installed on a wood
pole at the intersection of Hurst Drive and San Marnan Drive and
a 100 -watt HPS street light be installed on a decorative pole at
the intersection of Hurst Drive and Tower Park Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to
MidAmerican Energy Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED .AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
