RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 27, 2010, for a grant in the
amount of $70,000.00, for the hardware and software for
Electronic Patient Care Reporting, by and between the Black Hawk
County Gaming Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
