RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENTS WITH
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF EAST WATERLOO TOWNSHIP,
CEDAR TOWNSHIP, AND THE CITY OF ELK RUN
HEIGHTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID 28E
AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreements dated September 27, 2010, to provide fire
and ambulance services, by and between the Board of Trustees of
East Waterloo Township, Cedar Township, the City of Elk Run
Heights and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
