Unplatted Waterloo West commencing at a stone at the
intersection of the North line of the present plat of
Sans Souci and the North and South quarter section line
of Section 15, Township 89 North, Range 13, West of the
5th P.M., 5.03 chains North of the South quarter corner
of said section and running thence West 175.2 ft. along
the North line of said plat of Sans Souci, thence North
8 degrees 54 min West 120.25 ft., thence East 200 ft.,
thence North 8 degrees 54 min West 149 ft., thence E
100 ft. to West bank of Cedar River, thence Southerly
along said bank to a point when the North line of said
plat of Sans Souci intersects the said West bank of
river, thence West 191.8 ft. to the place of beginning,
except that part of Wangler Street lying in above
description, except Lots 1 thru 10, First Addition to
Sans Souci, and except the following description lying
between Lots 1, 2 and 3, First Addition to Sans Souci,
and Cedar River as follows: Beginning at intersection
of the Easterly line extended Northwesterly of Lots 20
and 21 Original Plat Sans Souci and Southerly line
extended Easterly of the above described Lot 1, thence
Northwesterly parallel with Easterly lines of Lot 1, 2
and 3 to point of intersection of Easterly line of Lot
20 and 21 extended with the Northerly line of Lot 3
extended Easterly, thence Westerly along Northerly line
of Lot 3 to Northeasterly corner of Lot 3 thence
Southeasterly along Easterly line of Lots 3, 2 and 1,
thence Easterly along Southerly line of Lot 1 to point
of beginning.
Reserving to grantor an easement for reasonable right
of access, over and across that part of Re -Plat of Part
of Original Plat of Sans Souci identified as Gates
Street and Wangler Street, to lands retained by grantor
on what is commonly known as Sans Souci Island.
