RESOLUTION APPROVING ATE (AUTOMATED TRAFFIC
ENFORCEMENT) FINE SCHEDULE FOR SPEEDING AND
RED LIGHT VIOLATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the ATE (Automated Traffic Enforcement) 2017 fine schedule for speeding and red
light violations, is hereby approved as follows:
Speeding violations
6-10 miles per hour over the posted speed limit...................$ 50
11-15 miles per hour over the posted speed limit.............. ..$ 75
16-20 miles per hour over the posted speed limit..........' ... $100
More than 21 miles per hour over the posted speed limi $200 �
