RESOLUTION APPROVING A THREE-YEAR ENGAGEMENT
LETTER WITH CREATIVE PLANNING BUSINESS
SERVICES OF DES MOINES, IA, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT
OF $1,575.00 OVER THE THREE YEARS, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PLAINSIGHT FRAUD HOTLINE SERVICES
PROVIDED WITH THE APPROVED AUDIT PROPOSAL
WITH BERGANKDV, AND AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that three-year engagement letter with Creative Planning Business Services of Des
Moines, IA, in the total amount of $1,575.00 over the three years, in conjunction with the
PlainSight Fraud Hotline services provided with the approved audit proposal with BerganKDV,
and authorizing the Finance Director to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
