RESOLUTION NO. 2024-337
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT TO INCLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
GARAGE WITH A MINIMUM SIZE OF 24 FEET BY 24 FEET,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Development Agreement dated June 3, 2024, between Perry and Michelle
Gamblin and the City of Waterloo, for construction of a garage with a minimum size of 24 feet
by 24 feet, located at 127 Conger Street, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2024.
