RESOLUTION NO. 2024-341
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RENEWAL AGREEMENT WITH
DELTA DENTAL FOR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH
ADMINISTRATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF $38,013.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract dated June 3, 2024, for the renewal of a dental health benefit plan
between Delta Dental of Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to administer the employee dental
health benefit plan, including administrative and claims services, in the amount of $38,013.00 for
the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2024.
