RESOLUTION NO. 2024-348
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH AMELA AND MUHAMED KUDIC FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN INFILL LOT LOCATED AT
4503 CHARM DRIVE, INCLUDING $5,000.00 OF INFILL
HOUSING INCENTIVE PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION OF
A NEW HOME, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Development Agreement dated June 3, 2024, between Amela and Muhamed
Kudic and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of an infill lot located at 4503 Charm
Drive, including$5,000.00 of Infill Housing incentive payment upon completion of a new home,
is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2024.
