RESOLUTION NO. 2024-349
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT WITH GEARHART MOORE HOLDINGS, LLC,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED APRIL 15, 2024, TO CHANGE
THE NAME OF THE COMPANY TO 1515 SYCAMORE, LLC,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
an amendment to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement with Gearhart Moore
Holdings, LLC, originally executed April 15, 2024, to change the name of the company to 1515
Sycamore, LLC, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said document on the behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2024.
