RESOLUTION APPROVING TERMINATING A
DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 19, 2024, WITH NADROJ
REALTY, LLC, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF 115
WARP DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the resolution terminating a Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated February
19, 2024, with NADROJ Realty, LLC, for property located south of 115 Warp Drive, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2024.
