RESOLUTION NO. 2024-353
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT FUNDING
AGREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION FOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT OF
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 100 COMMERCIAL STREET,
118 SYCAMORE STREET, AND 128 SYCAMORE STREET,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Project Funding Agreement with the Waterloo Development Corporation for
asbestos abatement of properties located at 100 Commercial Street, 118 Sycamore Street, and
128 Sycamore Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2024.
