RESOLUTION NO. 2024-355
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA, OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,368.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DIGITIZATION OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Service Agreement with the University of Northern Iowa, of Cedar Falls, Iowa,
in the amount of $5,368.00, in conjunction with the digitization of the City of Waterloo Traffic
Ordinance, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2024.
