RESOLUTION NO. 2024-356
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN UPDATE TO THE RAISE
GRANT AGREEMENT, WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, ORIGINALLY APPROVED MAY 6,
2024, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LA PORTE ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS FROM SHAULIS ROAD TO BYRON
AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the update to the Raise Grant Agreement, with the US Department of
Transportation, originally approved May 6, 2024, in conjunction with the La Porte Road
Improvements from Shaulis Road to Byron Avenue, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June 2024.
