RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL WITH VIA RAIL
LOGISTICS, LLC OF DOUSMAN, WISCONSIN AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,`IOWA,
that the proposal of VIA Rail Logistics, LLC, at a;cost not to
exceed $18,600.00, for design services in conjunction with a
master plan rail layout for industrial lots in the airport area,
by and between VIA Rail Logistics, LLC of Dousman, Wisconsin and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
