RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated September 27, 2010, in
the amount of $6,000.00, to perform final platting in conjunction
with development of MidPort America Park Plat No. 3, by and
between Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
