II. The attached detail shall apply to the "Speed Hump, as per detail" in lieu of the detail
shown on plan sheet 100. This detail is for a speed hump/pedestrian crosswalk on
Burton Avenue. Use the "SLOPE BROKEN" detail.

III. Bid item numbers listed in the Estimated Quantities on Plan Sheets 4 and 5 after Bid
Item 60 are incorrect. Bid Item "Painted Pavement Marking, Water Based" should be
Bid Item 61 with the following items in sequential numerical order through "Underground
Investigation —Sanitary" being Bid Item 94. The numbering in the Form of Bid is
correct.
On plan sheet 4, the description for Bid Item 9 should read "Remove/Replace Misc.
Sealcoat w/2" HMA."
Any revisions to any of the Contract Documents made by this Addendum shall be considered as
the same revision to any and all related areas of the Contract Documents not specifically called out
in this Addendum.

II. The following is a revision in the Form of Bid or Proposal which is the addition of a bid
item (Use revised Page 4 of 10 included in this addendum):

ITEM 81A REMOVE STORM PIPE LESS THAN 36" 310.0
The above changes are due to the potential for the existing 24" storm sewer on Lafayette Street
from Station 17+40 +/-to Station 20+50 +/- needing to be removed and replaced due to its
proximity to the sanitary sewer that will be reconstructed. The sanitary sewer contractor shall
make every reasonable effort to protect the existing 24" storm sewer so it will not need to be
removed and replaced. Reasonable effort does not include sheeting.
III. The UNIT for Bid Item 62 PRE-CUT PAVEMENT SYMBOL OR LEGEND shall be
changed to "EACH" instead of"STA".
Any revisions to any of the Contract Documents made by this Addendum shall be considered as
the same revision to any and all related areas of the Contract Documents not specifically called out
in this Addendum.
