RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE ASBESTOS REMOVAL AT FORMER VAN EATON
PUBLIC SCHOOL, CONTRACT NO. 137-AR-10-25-10-
CDBG.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Contracts and Grants Coordinator of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Asbestos Removal at
former Van Eaton Public School, Contract No. 137-AR-10-25-10-
CDBG, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Contracts and Grants Coordinator did file said
plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost,
etc., for the Asbestos Removal at former Van Eaton Public School,
Contract No. 137-AR-10-25-10-CDBG.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Asbestos Removal at
former Van Eaton Public School, Contract No. 137-AR-10-25-10-CDBG,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2010.
