Fully Automatic Duplexing with Automatic Duplexing Document Feeder that allows access to platen glass. Marco's recommendations have single pass dual scan duplexing document feeders. 2. Preference will be given to air and vacuum paper transport system. Marco complies. 3. Speed Requirements: a. Maximum time requirement for 1st copy: 5 seconds b. Minimum machine speed: 60 cpm Marco's recommendation has a 1st copy out time of 3.7 seconds and a machine speed of 65 cpm. 4. Collating Finishing tray with Staple Finisher Marco's recommendation includes a collating finishing tray with staple finisher. 5. In addition, they will provide training to make sure that your staff receives the information they need on your new equipment to be efficient and successful. Marco also has a copier color specialist available for advanced color training and support. Prior to the delivery of your new devices, they will contact you to schedule network installation and training sessions for your staff. The typical class size ranges from 5-8 staff members. The sessions are tailored to each department's particular copying, printing and/or scanning needs. Service Escalation procedures are described in the following section. Marco's guaranteed uptime rate is 97%. Uptime is measured by the time the call is placed until the call is completed. Downtime is measured by the time the unit is not operational. This team can provide basic phone support, route you to help desk remote technical support, or dispatch a technician for on-site repair. If a service call escalation is needed, the same team contacts a Marco field service manager to resolve the issue. If any device has had 3 calls in 30 days, it generates an alert that is sent to the technician's service manager. This will trigger additional recourses to ensure a prompt resolution. If a replacement is required, a comparable device will be provided at no charge. Each technician is equipped with an appropriate stock of parts that will maximize customers' uptime. In most cases, any parts that your technician does not have in his/her van stock can be retrieved the same day from one of our locations. Your local primary technician averages 20 years' of experience in the industry and is factory trained on the models recommended in this RFP. Marco's service covers all parts and labor with the exception of staples, paper, natural disasters and abuse. GPS Trackin S stem Marco has a GPS tracking system that is used for our copier/printer technical service representatives. Through the online GPS graphic user interface, we are able to see where our service vehicles and service calls are located at all times to dispatch and route service calls more effectively. The system allows us to provide our customers with even quicker response times and faster resolutions for any critical downtime issues. Konica Minolta cannot guarantee the functionality of the MFP after network upgrades, software version&peripheral changes or the addition of entities not present upon the original install are introduced. In this case, Konica Minolta will make every effort to work with you to ensure your MFP can function in the new environment up to and including requesting and implementing approved specification changes to the Konica Minolta firmware in order to function after the changes are completed.
