RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO B & B LAWN CARE, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.
2011 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract to B & B Lawn Care, Inc., of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the following amounts: Option A $28.45 per acre;
Option B - $28.45 per acre; Option C - $20.00 per acre; Option D
- $26.50 per hour; Option E - $45.00 per acre; and Option F -
$600.00 per acre, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Right -of -Way
Mowing described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-224, after
public hearing on March 28, 2011 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2011.
