RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE WITH B & B LAWN
CARE, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2011 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bonds, and Certificates of Insurance with
B & B Lawn Care, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in the following
amounts: Option A - $28.45 per acre; Option B - $28.45 per acre;
Option C - $20.00 per acre; Option D - $26.50 per hour; Option E
- $45.00 per acre; and Option F - $600.00 per acre, in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Right -of -Way Mowing, described in
the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-224, after public hearing on
March 28, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and are
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2011.
