RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE WITH MIKE DOLAN
CONCRETE & MASONRY, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2011 SIDEWALK
REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 1 AND TRAIL REPAIRS,
CONTRACT NO. 804, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$93,396.54, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bonds, and Certificates of Insurance with
Mike Dolan Concrete & Masonry, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $93,396.54, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Sidewalk
Repair Program - Zone 1 and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 804,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-222, after
public hearing on March 28, 2011 on published notice required by
law, be and are hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2011.
