RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated April 4, 2011, for a Brownfield
forgivable loan in the amount of $43,525.00, for the demolition
of the former Francis Grout School building, by and between the
Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2011.
