RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE PROPOSED 5 -YEAR
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH FIDELITY TOWERS INC. TO
ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 120' MONOPOLE
STEALTH CELL TOWER ON CITY -OWNED LAND
GENERALLY LOCATED AT MORRIS PARK AT THE
CORNER OF RIDGEWAY AVENUE AND 11TH STREET, AS
APRIL 18, 2011, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of April, 2011, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the proposed 5 -year
Lease Agreement, at a cost of $9,600.00 per year, to allow for
the construction of a 120' Monopole Stealth Cell Tower on city -
owned land generally located at Morris Park at the corner of
Ridgeway Avenue and 11th Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
