RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH L & H FARMS, LTD. TO PRORATE REAL ESTATE TAXES
FOR THE SALE AND PURCHASE OF THE REAL-ESTATE TO MAY
31, 2016.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated May 23, 2016, between L&H Farms, LTD and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa,to prorate real estate taxes to May 31, 2016, in conjunction with an
Exchange Agreement for°the purchase of real estate between L&H Farms, LTD of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
'authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
