Integral Grant Writing Services was created to help organizations make an impact in their
community.

Integral Grant Writing Services has agreed to work on behalf of the Public Housing Authority
for the duration of the grant application process. Integral Grant Writing Services will provide the
creation of all possible documentation for a complete grant application. Any documents which
are unable to be created must be provided by the Public Housing Authority.
Payment Schedule
The Public Housing Authority is responsible for payment of the grant application within fourteen
(14) days upon receipt of the invoice, which follows a signed contract. Integral Grant Writing
Services will follow organization protocol and policies upon circumstances.
Completion
In the event that the contract is terminated by the Public Housing Authority prior to completion
of the services but where services have been partially completed, Integral Grant Writing Services
will be entitled to a prorated payment of the compensation to the date of termination provided
that there has been no breach of contract on the part of Integral Grant Writing Services.
Additionally, should the services be fully completed but not submitted due to the actions of the
Public Housing Authority, Integral Grant Writing Service is entitled to the full agreed -upon
payment.
Confidentiality
Integral Grant Writing Services agrees to not disclose, reveal, report, or use for any purpose and
confidential information which Integral Grant Writing Services has obtained, except as
authorized by the Public Housing Authority. this obligation will apply during the grant
application process and indefinitely after the submission of the grant. All information (written or
verbal) and material disclosed by or provided by the Public Housing Authority under this
contract, regardless of if it was provided before or after the date of the signed contract, will
remain confidential.
Ownership
All material relevant to the grant application, which was created during the grant application
process for the Public Housing Authority, will be the sole property of the Public Housing
Authority. The use of the material created will not be restricted in any manner All material
created will be kept on record by Integral Grant Writing Services.
