RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO APPROVE ORDER ASSESSING CIVIL
PENALTY FOR $300 . 00 TO DOLLAR GENERAL 47136,
66 E. TOWER PARK DRIVE, WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
APRIL 11, 2016, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 11th day of April,
2016, for the purpose of approving order assessing civil penalty
for $300 . 00 to Dollar General #7136, 66 E. Tower Park Drive,
-Waterloo, Iowa for sale of tobacco to minor violation - first
offense.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
