RESOLUTION NO. 2016-224
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY PLAYPOWER LT FARMINGTON, INC. ,
OF MONET MO, -AT A TOTAL COST OF $60, 000 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY2016 UPPER GATES
PLAYGROUND` PROJECT.
WHEREAS, PlayPower LT Farmington, Inc. , of Monet, Missouri,
performed work on the FY2016 Upper gates Playground Project, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, PlayPower LT Farmington, Inc. has completed the
aforementioned project in accordance with the project plans and
specifications .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and
recommendation of acceptance of work are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28 thday of March, 2016.
