RESOLUTION NO. 2016-294
RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SIDEWALK
INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 6, AS MAY
16, 2016, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th day of
May, 2016, for the purpose of holding a public hearing in conjunction with the Sidewalk
Inspection and Repair Program — Zone 6, in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
