RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM GEORGE
WYTH STATE PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
George Wyth State Park to burn approximately 10 acres of prairie
grass located between Wyth Lake and the main park road; and 3
acres of prairie grass located at the far west end of the park
near the Lodge during the time period of April -May 2011, together
with the recommendation of approval of the Fire Chief, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2011.
