RESOLUTION NO. 2016-324
RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN AGREEMENT WITH
AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $85,500.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE FY 2017 PHASE III CIPP LINING AND REMEDIAL
ACTIONS PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Design Agreement dated May 2, 2016, between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $85,500.00 in conjunction with the FY
2017 Phase III CIPP Lining and Remedial Actions Project, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2016.
