RESOLUTION NO. 2016-336
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF 105.7 KOKZ TO
HOLD THE 35TH ANNUAL 4TH STREET CRUISE ON
SATURDAY, MAY 28, 2016 FROM NOON UNTIL 4:00 P.M. IN
THE DOWNTOWN AREA.
WHEREAS, 105.7 KOKZ has requested that they be allowed to hold the 35th Annual
105.7 KOKZ 4th Street Cruise on May 28, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. in downtown
Waterloo, and
WHEREAS, said route of the cruise will utilize Bluff, Park Ave, 4th and 5th Street with
street closures beginning at approximately 11:20 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of 105.7 KOKZ to hold the 35th Annual 105.7 KOKZ 4th
Street Cruise on May 28, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. in downtown Waterloo, with cars
utilizing Bluff, Park Ave, 4th and 5th Street with street closures beginning at approximately 11:20
a.m. until 5:00 p.m.,be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2016.
