RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 6,
2016 AND DATE OF BID OPENING AS JUNE 2, 2016 TO ALLOW
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO SEEK BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF NETWORK SERVERS, STORAGE ACCESS NETWORK
EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION SERVICES, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall
Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of June 2016 for the
purpose of holding a public hearing regarding the purchase of network servers, storage access
network equipment and installation services, with the bid opening being June 2, 2016.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
