RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.2016
W. 2ND, CEDAR, AND W. 3' STREETS IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT NO. 912, AS JUNE 6, 2016, AT 5:30 P.M., IN
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL,
WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS ON JUNE
2, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of June 2016, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the F.Y. 2016 W. 2nd, Cedar and W. 3rd Street Improvements, Contract No.
912, with the taking of bids at 1:00 p.m. on June 2, 2016.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2016.
