RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
U.S. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION AND
THE CITY OF WATERLOO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $50,000.00 FOR CHARGE RESOLUTIONS, INTAKE
SERVICES, FY2016 EEOC/FEPA TRAINING AND FY2016 FEPA
ENGAGEMENT FUNDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated May 16,2016,between U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission and the City of Waterloo Human Rights Commission, in the amount of
$50,000.00, for charge resolutions, intake services, FY2016 EEOC/FEPA Training and FY2016
FEPA Engagement Funding, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
