RESOLUTION NO. 2016-354
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT FOR PHASE II OF THE FORMER GRAND HOTEL
SITE FOR THE GRAND CROSSING MULTI-PHASED
DEVELOPMENT, DEEDING THE PHASE II PROPERTY AND
AWARDING THE 20-YEAR TAX REBATE SCHEDULE AWARDED
FOR PHASE I AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO SIGN AND FULLY EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Development Agreement dated May 16, 2016, for Phase II of the former
Grand Hotel site for the Grand Crossing multi-phased development, deeding the Phase II
property and awarding the 20-year tax rebate schedule awarded for Phase I, is hereby approved
and the mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2016.
