RESOLUTION NO. 2016-355
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT ESTIMATED AT $318,000.00
FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR THE F.Y. 2017
DRY RUN CREEK INTERCEPTOR, CONTRACT NO. 877; AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated May 16, 2016,between AECOM Technical
Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,Iowa, in the estimated amount of
$318,000.00, for construction related services for the F.Y. 2017 Dry Run Creek Interceptor,
Contract No. 877, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
